Abdullah bin Mohammed Ahmed Al-Ahmari is a social specialist and human development trainer with more than ten years of experience in social work, training, and the supervision of community and volunteer initiatives. His experience spans social guidance, personal development, team leadership, training and awareness programs, and initiatives aimed at strengthening community awareness, values, and personal skills.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Work and is an accredited social specialist with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. He has also completed Training of Trainers (TOT) programs, including training through King Abdulaziz University, as well as specialized programs in leadership, strategic planning, administrative development, marketing, public speaking, volunteering, and family guidance.

He has contributed to establishing and managing several community initiatives and committees. Among his most notable experiences was founding and managing the Community Social Committee in Qurtubah District, Riyadh, for two years, where he supervised its programs and activities. He has also served for several years with a social committee in Khamis Mushait and contributed to establishing and activating the women’s section of the Community Committee in Hussam District.

His experience includes managing volunteer teams, supervising training and follow-up activities, and contributing to the development of social plans and initiatives. He also participated in preparing a strategic plan for neighborhood centers and supported the establishment and development of community programs and committees.

He has delivered social, educational, and rehabilitation programs in prisons and juvenile observation facilities, including lectures and awareness programs for inmates. His participation included the “We Will Not Forget You” program at Khamis Mushait Prison and the “Your Life Is Healthy” program at the Observation Home in Riyadh, along with other community rehabilitation initiatives.

As a trainer, he delivers programs in strategic planning, effective leadership, administrative development, family problem-solving, self-confidence, personal planning, self-motivation, leadership skills, public speaking, volunteer culture, professional ethics, and communication with audiences.

He also presents programs focusing on individual and family development, including “The Outstanding Personality,” “Personal Change,” “Intellectual Security,” and “Inspirational Family Leadership.” His training style connects concepts with everyday situations and practical experiences.

His skills include training content development, planning and organization, supervision and follow-up, community initiative management, communication, persuasion, guidance, team building, and participant motivation.

Alongside his training and social activities, he is interested in writing and community awareness and is the author of the book “Live the Moment.” His experience combines social work, training, volunteering, and writing, with a clear focus on human development, family and social relationships, and promoting initiative and community responsibility.
