Adam Aqeer is a management consultant, former strategy director, and expert in organizing major events and festivals. He has more than twelve years of professional experience in strategic planning, project management, marketing, institutional performance development, and team leadership. Throughout his career, he has supervised the organization and delivery of more than 200 events, including large public festivals, conferences, cultural occasions, community programs, and media events.

He manages the entire event lifecycle, beginning with concept assessment and planning, followed by budget preparation, marketing, coordination with suppliers and partners, team management, and logistical operations, through to execution and results measurement. His experience has contributed to building partnerships with government and private-sector organizations, improving operational efficiency, developing media and marketing campaigns, and increasing public engagement.

He previously served as Strategy Director at Molhimoon Company, where he led the development of institutional strategies and monitored their implementation, aligned projects with long-term objectives, and supported senior management with the reports and analyses required for informed decision-making.

He has also worked in project management, advertising campaigns, marketing, and recruitment, contributing to the development of customer bases, improved team efficiency, and reduced operational errors and costs. He founded and led Nawader Media Group, through which he managed numerous events, festivals, and cultural and media projects. He also works as a management consultant in organizational structure development, policy and procedure preparation, institutional performance improvement, and operational efficiency enhancement.

Alongside his executive experience, he has delivered more than 1,000 training hours in strategic and operational planning, leadership, human resource management, performance management, customer service, public speaking, adult education, and team development.

His training programs use interactive methods, including workshops, case studies, and role-playing exercises. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and a diploma in English. He has also completed training programs in project management, training of trainers, strategic planning, cybersecurity, human resources, leadership, and office management.
