Souad Abdullah Bousbait is a training and institutional development consultant and a certified trainer accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. She has more than eight years of professional experience in training, leadership empowerment, training program design, event management, and the development of community and developmental initiatives. She has dedicated her career to developing human capital and improving the efficiency of individuals and institutions through training and consulting solutions that combine scientific methodology with practical application, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

She serves as a consultant to several organizations specializing in quality, excellence, and training, most notably the Quality and Excellence Management Center and Al-Itqan International Center for Educational and Training Consultations. She also holds a Diamond Membership in the field of quality and excellence. She has contributed to providing training consultations and developing qualification programs for a large number of training and consulting centers across different regions of the Kingdom. Her experience also extends to marketing, public relations, customer service, and institutional partnership management.

She possesses extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs, developing professional training packages, measuring training impact, qualifying trainers, empowering leaders, managing teams, and improving institutional performance. She also has an accomplished record in organizing and managing professional events, implementing community initiatives, and building partnerships with government entities, the nonprofit sector, and the private sector. This has enabled her to establish a broad professional network that includes dozens of training centers, experts, and consultants throughout the Kingdom.

Souad Bousbait holds a bachelor’s degree in education, specializing in organic chemistry, from King Faisal University. She has also obtained a wide range of diplomas and professional certificates in leadership, project management, quality, institutional change, personal development, neuro-linguistic programming, hypnotherapy, change strategies, marketing, and management. This multidisciplinary knowledge base has been reflected in the quality of her training programs and professional consulting services.

Throughout her professional career, she has delivered dozens of programs and courses in leadership, management, human resources, communication, negotiation, creative thinking, personal intelligence, time management, stress management, self-confidence, charisma development, and personal growth.
