He brings more than forty years of professional experience in developing public and private organizations, building management systems, designing strategies and policies, leading automation and transformation programs, and improving organizational performance in accordance with international standards.

Throughout his career, he has combined executive leadership, consulting, assessment, and institutional development. He has supported government, security, industrial, healthcare, and service organizations through the development of operating models, process improvement, business process reengineering, governance frameworks, enterprise risk management, compliance systems, and the alignment of data and administrative systems with strategic objectives.

Dr. Hani has led major digital transformation and ERP initiatives, including the automation of administrative systems, the redesign of human resources, finance, and asset-management processes, and the improvement of information flow between departments. His work has contributed to reducing paper-based procedures, increasing operational efficiency, and strengthening the integration of data and decision-making across organizations.

Dr. Hani also possesses deep expertise in enterprise risk management under ISO 31000, institutional governance under ISO 37000, and the preparation of organizations for multiple ISO certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025, and ISO 22000. He has developed risk-management frameworks for several government and security organizations and has supported more than twenty entities in achieving various certifications and accreditations.

His professional record also includes leading institutional assessments for more than forty government organizations through KAQA and other awards, improving organizational performance through measurement and improvement initiatives, and designing operating strategies and policies for service, healthcare, and educational entities. Dr. Hani previously served as an administrative and leadership development consultant at the Saudi Geological Survey, where he led a major administrative transformation and ERP automation project. He holds a PhD in Business Administration and Quality, an MBA, a Master’s degree in Marketing Systems and Information, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems and Information. His professional credentials include EFQM Licensed Assessor, KAQA Senior Assessor, internal auditor qualifications in several ISO standards, and certification in value engineering.
