Hamda Ali Mohammed Al-Ghamdi is an educational expert and consultant in institutional excellence, quality, and educational leadership, with extensive experience in education, planning, development, standards development, curriculum design, educational supervision, and early childhood education. She began her career as a teacher and later moved into educational leadership, supervision, quality, and institutional excellence, giving her experience across classroom practice, management, and consulting.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology from King Abdulaziz University and a higher diploma in Teacher Preparation with a specialization in Kindergarten Education. This academic background supported her work in education, psychology, early childhood development, and the improvement of educational practices for children, teachers, and educational institutions.

She spent many years working in educational supervision and school leadership and contributed to the development of supervision practices, analysis of educational environments, diagnostic tools, and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. She also participated in the preparation of training materials and programs for supervisors and educational leaders.

In early childhood education, she has participated in numerous projects and initiatives related to kindergartens, including the development of standards and indicators, preparation of guidance manuals, development of plans and programs, and participation in assessment and improvement activities. Her work has also included curriculum-related initiatives, support for teachers, and improvement of educational environments for young children.

She has extensive experience in quality and institutional excellence and has worked in these areas within Jeddah Education Administration. Her responsibilities included leading excellence initiatives, developing performance indicators, analyzing results, and preparing improvement plans. She has also contributed to preparing leaders and specialists for institutional excellence programs.

Her quality experience includes work related to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and ISO 21001:2018 Educational Organizations Management Systems, as well as European EFQM excellence models. She has experience in organizational assessment, preparation for evaluations, review of practices and results, and identification of improvement opportunities.

She has participated in strategic and operational planning using management tools including the Balanced Scorecard and has contributed to the development of plans for educational entities and projects. Her experience also includes quality and excellence planning, performance monitoring, standards development, KPI development, measurement tools, and management of educational projects and programs.

As an accredited trainer, she has delivered programs in early childhood education, supervisory skills, thinking skills, quality and evaluation, institutional excellence, action research, employee performance evaluation, and team building. Her CV records more than 3,000 trainees across a variety of programs, in addition to the development of specialized training packages for different organizations.

She also has experience in designing and producing educational materials, content development, website and digital content management, and media and awareness initiatives.
